It's Awful When You're Sick...

This card is one of a wonderful collection given to me by my sweet Sis Clytie. The cards are large and come in their own pastboard box. I treasure her precious gift so much.
.
This morning, along with so many people I know who've had this terrible flu, my darling husband has come down with it hard. Poor fellow--I'm busy plying him with honey tea, meds and an occasional hot toddy. And yet he keeps on working--what shall I do with him? Tch tch tch!
.
It truly is an awful thing to be sick, especially when there is so much yet to be done. So--sweet hard-working husband of mine--GET WELL QUICK!

Hope your hubby is all well quick. Abe is still coughing. He seems to have coughing fits, then it stops for long periods. Last night he slept the night through without coughing. If he uses his breathing machine every four hours during the day that does seem to help. Tomorrow when I take the granddaughter to school, I went to go straight to the grocery and get that done. They are calling for up to four inches of snow. I will have to say our little town is good about keeping the streets open. Only thing is, they sometimes plow the end of the driveway closed right after we have opened it.
