I am reposting a postcard from 2009. It is one of my favorites. I received this postcard when I was a teenager in the 1970's. I love the little girl and the artist's style is so exquisitely sweet. I adore the dandelions growing at her feet--I still pick those puffs of dandys and blow them into the wind. I suppose the child in me still loves how they float and dance.Though sorrow crashes into my soul this morning, today is a day to be glad in the Lord and rejoice! How grateful I am that He walks with me on this unexpected journey.
