A Thanksgiving Moon -Postcard Friendship Friday #479

I would hug the turkey too--for protection from that creepy moon face!  I love this postcard.  It is just so odd!  The girl's costume seems to be Dutch--which is surprising, but lovely.

It is hard to believe Thanksgiving is only a few weeks away.  These days I practice an attitude of gratitude as I go through my day.  I have so MUCH for which to be thankful--and not just during the holidays.

There are lots of sad moments, regrets, tears, yet at the same time there is also joy, laughter and love.  What a blessing it is to be alive!

Have a lovely weekend!  Happy Postcard Friendship Friday!

* LINKING UP:  You can put your link in any time between now and next Friday.  Postcard Friendship Friday is open for the entire week!

* BADGE:  When you submit a postcard, be sure to put a link back to this page.  You can copy and paste the PFF badge, which has the link embedded.  Thank you!

This is a really special card with this huge, sneaky Moon. Do you know the old film by Melies in which astronomers want to travel to the Moon? A cannon propels their capsule into the eye of the Moon. So imaginitive, so funny. Enjoy your weekend, Beth. And Happy PFF!

Hi Beth,

Hope you're well, and not having the flu like I do.

However, we had good news today: https://filmstarpostcards.blogspot.com/2019/11/yes-efsps-got-record.html
