August's Wild Rose -Postcard Friendship Friday #418

This year July has been a scorcher. All sorts of records have been broken!  Now that August is here, we will likely face more hot days.  I have enjoyed summer more than any other this year.  I'm not sure why, but it may have something to do with getting older--AND the months of darkness and soggy rain we've had over the past three winters.

I love the sunshine and the roses.  The roses in my garden are VERY happy with all this sun.  I keep them well-watered and they are splendorous!

May the aroma of the wild rose fill your hearts, dear friends!  Have a wonderful weekend and Happy Postcard Friendship Friday!

Love your card, I too am so pleased with all these warm temps. My roses are into their third bloom, I'm so delighted. Can't imagine my water bill though. Stay toasty my friend. I must take photos of some of the ones that are newer, I'd like to paint them in the winter months, keeps my garden with me.
