Sisters -Postcard Friendship Friday #255

I first became acquainted with SissyDea from her blog, A Painted Garden.  We found one another in 2009.  Today you can find her wonderful digital artwork at Whimsey Asylum.  How quickly the years have flown, and how our lives have changed.  This beautiful postcard was from Deann's own dear Daddy.

What treasures are those lovely women we call sisters. Today I want to honor my sisters, both those who share my blood--and precious others who are sisters of my heart.  Sisters who, as they walk through the hardships life brings, perhaps unknowingly have been such inspirations to me.

I love you, my darling sisters! May God bless each of you with great joy, light and love today.  Happy Postcard Friendship Friday!

LINKING UP:  You can put your link in any time between now and next Thursday.  Postcard Friendship Friday is open for the entire week!

You are a sister too ... an inspiration as well in many ways you will never know.

Beautiful postcard from SissyDea. How wonderful of her to share such a special treasure.

"Thee lift me, and I'll lift thee, and we will rise together." That's what sisters are for, proud to call you both mine.

What a lovely postcard! My sisters are not fond of letter-writing and postcards so I don't get a lot from them aside from the usual birthday cards.
Sorry for my long absence from PFF. I am trying hard to get back into the blogging groove again. Have a great weekend.
