Decoration Day -Postcard Friendship Friday #174

May thy sweet blosoms
Never cease
To bloom in love and
Trust and peace.

So begins American's celebration of her freedom, fought so bravely many years ago.

I went in to have oral surgery done yesterday, but had to postpone.  My blood pressure was too high.  SO I am on a plethora of pills and still feel a bit groggy from the stuff they gave me yesterday.  I'll be facing surgery after the Fourth of July.  I suppose that is for the best.  In the meantime, everyone, have a GREAT weekend!

LINKING UP You can put your link in any time between now and next Thursday.  Postcard Friendship Friday is open for the entire week!

BADGE When you submit a postcard, be sure to put a link back to this page.  You can copy and paste the PFF badge, which has the link embedded.  Thank you!

Hello Beth,

I knew something wasn't right last week for you but I didn't want to bothered you. I send you my best wishes for your surgery, I have been thought some health issues too, and I know sometime it's can be very scary but at least you are not alone and it's help. Plus you have choose to honore a moment of great and that shows yours.

I keep thoses words that a good friend of mine sends me when I was in water cure, I hope somehow they could bring you some comfort.

"Someone remembers, someone cares;
Your name is whispered in someone's prayers."

Blessings and HFF

I haven't seen many postcards quite like this one.
Enjoy your weekend (it can be almost disappointing to have something postponed when you are psyched up for it, even it was something you didn't want to have to go through!)

Hi Beth, sorry for the late PFF post. My laptop crashed and I've been sick myself, too. I wish you the best for the surgery. Think of the flowers forever in bloom, perhaps at least that would mask the pain and the discomfort of the procedure. Cheers for the successful procedure ;-)
