Some of my favorite memories surround the well worn, chipped figurines of the nativity set from my childhood. Inevitably one would find a stuffed bear, a tiny doll or a plastic dinosaur kneeling by the side of the tiny Baby. Mumsie still puts it up every year. She doesn't take it down until the first flower of spring.
I love the idea of this enchanting angel patiently re-telling these children the Greatest Story ever told.

I don't know what happened to my mom's nativity scene, but the first Christmas I was married I went out and bought one, one I could afford,it too is up for a long time. Usually till my son's birthday at the end of January. I now have quite a collection of scenes, love all of them. Lovely card.
I hope I am not commenting twice, my first attempt seemed to fail.
This angel postcard is lovely and like you we usually add something extra to our nativity scene, like a small motorcycle, extra angels or a drummer boy.
Hi Beth, Happy PFF! A few years ago I saw an exhibition about angels, wonderful creatures.
I checked yesterday morning to see if you had a PFF post. It seems like your post should have been online then, but I didn't find it.
P. S. It seems like Linky tools has a problem. When I tried to enter my link, Linky Tools told me to close my browser and log in a gain.
