You're a Good Skate! - Guest Heart Thursday

This is another Valentine's Day Card made in the USA, sometime in the late 1930's.  It seems to have been well-loved.  I love the  outfit the little girl wears--short dress, bloomers, matching anklets and Mary Jane skates.  I'm sure that little boy with his sailor shirt, blue shorts and matching socks, is showing off a bit for his small lady love.

    So cute and funny! It almost seems like he's running (skating) away and she's intent on catching him - look at that intent look on her face!!!

    I found your blog Monday and started follow your posts religiously. I have not commented on any blog just yet but I was thinking I would like to.
